The LeFrak Organization just unveiled a new state-of-the-art leasing office in Newport, one of the largest and most successful mixed-use waterfront communities in the country.
The 4,000-square-foot space features futuristic details like interactive touch-screen presentation walls, iPad-controlled display walls and a massive, highly-detailed, interactive 3-D model of the community. Located in the heart of Newport at 121 Town Square Place, the gallery showcases the aspects that make the neighborhood so desirable, including the Hudson River waterfront walkway, waterfront restaurant Battello and the extremely convenient Newport PATH station. The leasing gallery will serve Newport’s 5,500 homes, as well as LeFrak’s Hamilton Park portfolio, including their newest development, Revetment House.
The LeFrak Organization transforms the Newport neighborhood into one of the most dynamic residential and commercial areas in the country. Totaling 5,500 homes, the residential offering at Newport brings luxurious design within a carefully-planned neighborhood that provides a comprehensive lifestyle and ready access to Manhattan. The neighborhood’s highly-successful residential developments have all leased in record time, and in 2017, LeFrak leased the most expensive home in Jersey City history, a penthouse at their signature Newport development Ellipse.
The LeFrak Organization is successful with their residential developments in Hamilton Park, the picturesque, tree-lined neighborhood further inland in Jersey City. The new Newport leasing gallery will also support LeFrak’s Hamilton Park portfolio.
Newport, famous for its stunning river and Manhattan skyline views and easy access to Manhattan via the PATH and soon the ferry, is also a home for a diverse array of lifestyle amenities, like the sports and wellness offerings at Newport Swim & Fitness, shopping at Newport Centre Mall and The Newport River Market, Newport Green—a 4.25-acre lushly landscaped park with the only urban beach on the Hudson River, a Westin and Courtyard by Marriott hotel and two onsite schools. The neighborhood is also a foodie’s heaven. A handful of thriving restaurants were opened last year, including the highly-successful opening of the renowned Ruth’s Chris Steak House and the re-opening of famed waterfront dining venue Battello.
