From June 8th to July 7th 2019, Louis Vuitton opens a pop-up in Chicago specially designed to celebrate the Louis Vuitton men’s Fall-Winter 2019 collection.
An immersive and conceptual orange-hued backdrop serves as a display for the collection of a limited-edition range of ready-to-wear and accessories that is available exclusively in Chicago. All in orange, these unique pieces break down the store’s monochromatic palette, bringing a jolt of urban energy to the overall Collection.
Presented at the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris in winter, Louis Vuitton Men’s Fall-Winter 2019 Fashion Show was Artistic Director Virgil Abloh’s follow-up to his Louis Vuitton debut last June. Expanding on the vocabulary established in the Spring-Summer 2019 Collection, Abloh elaborated on his vision of universality and inclusivity as it is rooted in the Maison’s travel DNA.
The pop-up will is located in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, just south of The Museum of Contemporary Art where Virgil Abloh’s “Figures of Speech” exhibition is taking place from June 10th till September 22nd, 2019.
Meanwhile, BrandZ named Louis Vuitton the World’s Most Valuable Luxury Brand in 2019. The French fashion brand’s value grew 15% over the last year and it is now worth $47.2 billion. The second position occupies Chanel with its $37 billion, while Hermès comes third with $31 billion.
