Louis Vuitton has enhanced the Tambour Slim collection of timepieces with a new feminine watch the Tambour Slim Metallic Flower. It is defined by an out-of-the ordinary dial with contemporary lines that reinterprets in a bold yet refined way the iconic Monogram Flower.
Inspired by fluid forms, plays of light and reflections, the dial of the Tambour Slim Metallic Flower features 60 Monogram Flowers, that are engraved to form a single Monogram flower. The intense metallic radiance of the flower was achieved with the help of the expertise of La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton watchmakers. The craftsmen reveal the metal’s brilliance by thoroughly brushing the “stamping”that serves as the decoration with a copper-bristled brush and Panama wood concentrate. With the perfect combination of watchmaking expertise and elegant design, eight polished cabochons add an extra layer of sophistication to this contemporary dial.
Four iconic Louis Vuitton’s motifs, Monogram flowers, and LV logo create a luminous contrast with the polished steel of the case, available in three sizes: 28, 33 and 39mm.
The watch is worn with an interchangeable strap equipped with Louis Vuitton patented system. Thanks to an exclusive concept of interchangeable bracelets, the Tambour Slim Metallic Flower lends itself to all visual interpretations for a playful, enchanting reading of the time.
