For over 200 years, Maison Perrier-Jouët has cherished and worshiped nature as a primary source of inspiration for the elaboration of its cuvées. To celebrate natural world of universe, one of France’s most historic and distinctive champagne houses created HyperNature, an unprecedented dialogue between champagne and cuisine.
Held between 17th and 23rd June 2019, Maison Perrier-Jouët HyperNature experience illustrates the House’s Art of the Wild at a rooftop setting in the heart of the French capital. Numerous events and workshops will take place during the week. Cellar Master Hervé Deschamps will curate several exclusive tastings for guests to enjoy the floral, intricate style of Maison Perrier-Jouët’s champagnes.
Some ambassadors from creative worlds ranging from gastronomy to art and design, who represent the House around the world, will also be present. Among them, Michelin-starred chef Akrame Benallal and British designer Bethan Laura Wood have accepted the House’s invitation to take part in the highlights of HyperNature.
Open from lunch until dinner, ‘Akrame’s Table’ is an original gastronomic experience inspired by the House’s champagnes, created exclusively for this event. Guests will have a chance to discover a harmonious union between the Chef Akrame Benallal’s culinary style and the elegant floral aromas of Perrier-Jouët cuvées.
The interactive, life-sized tree sculpture designed for the House by Bethan Laura Wood will feature glasses on its brunches for guests to “pluck” them and enjoy champagne.
