Sales have launched at Mandarin Oriental Residences, Beverly Hills, the brand’s first standalone residential concept to open in the United States. Located at 9200 Wilshire Boulevard, Mandarin Oriental’s first residential property on the West Coast spans a full city block.
Mandarin Oriental Residences, Beverly Hills will feature a collection of 54 residences; expansive amenities managed by Mandarin Oriental that include a private porte-cochere with valet parking, an expansive rooftop sanctuary with a sun-drenched pool, daybeds, lounge chairs and cabanas, a spa with a steam room and sauna, a state-of-the-art fitness center with Technogym equipment, and indoor-outdoor yoga and meditation spaces all managed and serviced by Mandarin Oriental; and culinary offerings by Michelin-starred Chef and famed restaurateur Daniel Boulud.
Making his West Coast debut, Michelin-starred Chef and Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur, Daniel Boulud will service the private rooftop lounge, create exclusive in-home dining experiences for owners, and run a restaurant at the base of the building that will be open to the public, designed by Marc Ange.
Ranging from one-to-four bedrooms, including six penthouses, the residences will feature interiors by London-based design studio 1508 London. Inspired by the local landscape and lifestyle of Beverly Hills, these luxury homes incorporate a highly functional layout combined with sleek, contemporary details. The spaces will feature wide-plank Nordik white oak flooring by Grato and custom-designed Molteni kitchens with leathered Taj Mahal quartzite countertops and backsplash, and elegant Tabu Birch wood cabinetry. The primary bathrooms have French Vanilla marble walls and radiant heated floors throughout, and serene secondary bathrooms feature French Vanilla marble floors. Each residence provides tailor-fitted custom closets by Molteni.
All homes will be fitted with pre-wiring for Lutron home automation systems, motorized solar and blackout shades, and Nest thermostats for multi-zone temperature control. A selection of exquisitely curated furniture by 1508 London and complete hotel accessory packages curated by Mandarin Oriental, including Frette sheets and George Jensen silver, will be available to the new residents.
Three model residences designed by 1508 London are now available to view on-site. The Agency is exclusively handling sales and marketing for Mandarin Oriental Residences, Beverly Hills. Pricing for one-bedroom residences starts at $3.6 million, two-bedroom residences at $6.3 million, and three-bedroom residences at $9.5 million.
