The seventh installment of the Fast and the Furious franchise, Furious 7, showcases the $3,4 million Lykan HyperSport. A supercar that comes with diamond-encrusted LED headlights and capable of accelerating to 62 mph in just 2.8 seconds with a top speed of 245 mph
The Lykan HyperSport
The Lebanese-based supercar startup W Motors created the Lykan HyperSport – a limited production sports car that is also the pioneer super auto produced in the Middle East. At $3.4 million, the Lykan HyperSport is the third most expensive car to ever be made, behind the very limited Lamborghini Veneno that costs $4.5 million and the one-off $8 million Maybach Exelero. The production of super vehicles from W Motors is limited to only 7 models worldwide, but we can witness one of the stunning the Lykan HyperSport featured in the Furious 7 movie.
The integrated luxurious materials of the Lykan HyperSport justify its high price tag. The Lykan comes with diamond-encrusted LED headlamps that are also illuminated with white gold to ensure luxurious finish. The front lights are made up of titanium LED blades with 420 diamonds (15cts). The bespoke customization approach allows selection of the most desirable variety of precious stones among which are diamonds, yellow diamonds, rubies, sapphires and emeralds.
The interior of the Lykan HyperSport is finished with the opulent seats stitched with gold thread and an exclusive customizable performance screen designed to give quick access to key driving information, from several engine performance and efficiency parameters.
A concierge service already connected to the Lykan is ready to serve the owner 24/7 offering on-call engineers and “flying doctors” to cater to the needs of the driver and the car, anywhere in the world.
At a moment’s notice your personal concierge can secure you access to an exclusive party, arrange an amazing event on your behalf, make sure you have a car ready for you when you finish your meeting. We pride ourselves on discretion, access and exclusivity at our most prestigious level of Membership, including insider and expert information to get you what you want wherever and whenever you want it. – W Motors
The Lykan HyperSport is powered by a 3.7-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine mounted in a mid-engine position. Due to a twin-turbocharging system, the engine develops up to 750 horsepower and 737 pound-feet of torque, which W Motors says is enough to accelerate the car from 0-60 mph in just 2.8 seconds and see it reach a top speed of 245 mph.
Furious 7 lets the red Lykan Hypersport jump through three high-rise towers at Jumeirah At Etihad Towers in the United Arab Emirates with Dominic Toretto (played by Vin Diesel) behind the wheel. The Lykan’s cinematic debut was not completely computer generated. The exact six models of the supercar were created using molds lent by W Motors, fabricating them from fibreglass rather than carbon fibre, and using a Porsche Boxster for the chassis.
