A new construction home with a digital twin in the Sandbox metaverse has just hit the market for $12.9 million. Meta Residence One is developed by Voxel Architects and general contractor and NFT collector Gabe Sierra. A real-world home in Miami and its virtual counterpart will be offered via NFT auction on the Ethereum blockchain. Michael Martinez and Kiki Rutten with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty are the exclusive sales agents for the residence located at 10860 SW 67 Court, Pinecrest. The brokerage will host the first-ever open house in the metaverse.
Nestled in the highly sought-after area of Pinecrest on over an acre of lush tropical land, Meta Residence One is currently under construction. It spans 11,000 square feet and includes seven sumptuous bedrooms and nine exquisite bathrooms. There is a separate guest house with its own entrance and garage.
An open gourmet chef’s kitchen is complete with the latest in high-end appliances, a walk-in wine cellar, and a wet bar. The home’s grand master suite showcases a spacious walk-in closet and a spa-like bath with a lavish soaking tub.
There is an expansive lush backyard, pool, infinity spa, a covered terrace, and a summer kitchen built for entertaining. Other noteworthy features include a generator, Crestron automation, and mudroom/laundry.
The live auction begins April 19th via the Meta Residence portal: https://www.metaresidence.io/.
