Upon opening, The Concours Club will feature a restaurant led by the local Miami superstar Chef Brad Kilgore, and more than 28,000 square feet of facilities including the Guardhouse, Concours One building, the first-of-its-kind trackside Comfort Station, and Fuel Station. Designed to exceed internationally recognized standards and fitted with the latest technology, the Club will offer unparalleled levels of safety to its members and their guests. Noteworthy, it will feature 90,000 square yards of asphalt specially engineered for Miami’s tropical climate.
Membership into the Club requires a one-time $150,000 initiation fee and $35,000 in annual dues.
