An American rapper, songwriter, record executive, businessman, and record producer Shawn JAY-Z Carter has sold a 50% stake in his luxury Champagne brand, Armand de Brignac, to LVMH’s wine and spirits arm Moët Hennessy.

The partnership includes the acquisition of a 50% stake in Armand de Brignac by Moët Hennessy as well as a global distribution agreement.
