A new two-tower condo development comes to the Brooklyn waterfront. Named The Huron, it was developed by Quadrum Global, the same firm behind the popular Arlo Hotels, and designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, also known for designing the Wythe Hotel and The Rockaway Hotel. Marketing will be led by SERHANT. New Development, the dedicated new development division of Ryan Serhant’s eponymous brokerage.

The Huron is located in Greenpoint, where – according to market data from SERHANT. – the buyers’ demand remains strong. The development’s two towers are strategically designed to maximize outdoor space for residences as well as views of the Manhattan skyline. The property is characterized by an elegant design that pays homage to the free-spirited neighborhood’s industrial past.

For the design of The Huron, we wanted to respect Greenpoint’s past and present contexts. At the ground plane, the rough brick podium is inspired by the materials and scale of surrounding warehouses – vestiges of the neighborhood’s industrial past. For the towers above, we drew inspiration from post-industrial architecture, the cinematic hues of Edward Hopper’s urbanscapes, and the everyday luminosity and artistry of the local community. – Morris Adjmi, founder and principal of Morris Adjmi Architects

The Huron features 171 residences, ranging from studios to four bedrooms. The building offers a total of more than 20,000 square feet of private outdoor space across select units. The elegant and inviting interiors are designed by Morris Adjmi Architects.

The Huron will boast 30,000 square feet of amenities including an indoor saltwater pool and fitness center overlooking the Manhattan skyline, fully-equipped residents’ lounge, co-working spaces; screening room; kid’s room; outdoor playground; hangout lounge; bike storage; and lush rooftop with BBQs. For residents with vehicles, licensed parking will be available.
