NBA champion Daniel Theis – previously of the Boston Celtics, then Chicago Bulls, and most recently the Houston Rockets – sold his home at 44 Parkvale Road in Needham, MA. German professional basketball player originally purchased the property in January 2020 for $1.8 million where George Sarkis of Douglas Elliman represented him as the buyer. Now, George was the listing agent and the home has sold for $2,216,500.
