The Jills Zeder Group celebrates this year’s largest sale on Pine Tree Drive. The luxury Miami Beach real estate brokerage firm closed on the 14,498-square-foot contemporary, waterfront estate at 4567 Pine Tree Dr. in Miami Beach for $19.65 million. Jill Hertzberg of The Jills Zeder Group represented the seller, Barry Brodsky, who is founder and owner of Brodson Construction.
Built in 2016, the ultra-luxury waterfront estate at 4567 Pine Tree Dr. in Miami Beach was recently featured on the Netflix show, “World’s Most Extraordinary Homes” and CBS4 News Miami. Designed by Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan, who is famous for his good aesthetic taste for composition, materials and proportion, the estate is nestled within beautifully manicured natural surroundings. Interiors were created and refined by Brazilian designer Jader Almeida and Artefacto, and landscaping is done by Raymond Jungles, Inc.
The estate has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. Interior features include a wall of sliding glass doors opening to the terrace, bookended by wooden walls and fronted by a glass balustrade. Residents can enjoy the view of Collins Avenue, the Eden Rock and Fontainebleau hotels.
The waterfront home is located on a nearly 1-acre property that fronts Indian Creek. It includes a natural swimming pool on the interior with organic filtration, and a 200-foot bridge winding through the property, running from the rooftop terrace to the ground. Other features include a heated saltwater pool; covered patio that runs alongside the water with an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, sunken lounge area covered by an exposed concrete ceiling, and benches carved out of tree trunks; and a dock that accommodates a 90-foot yacht.
Moreover, the estate is a home to a basketball court, which was installed per NBA specifications. A gym, featuring white oak floors, measures approximately 2,250 square feet and includes a steam room, shower and massage room. There is also a 3,000-square-foot flex space at the entrance, which could be used as a gym or an art gallery.
