Kerzner International Holdings Limited, the owner of One&Only Resorts and Atlantis Resort & Residences brands, signed a resort management agreement with Grivalia Hospitality S.A. for One&Only Aesthesis. Currently, under development, the hotel is situated in 21-hectares of an exclusive beachfront estate in Southern Athens.
