Palazzo Ralph Lauren
The Palazzo Ralph Lauren, an exclusive members-only club for the brand’s most valuable clients, refines luxury shopping and delivers premium quality customer service
The mighty designer Ralph Lauren is handing off his title as CEO of the fashion and home decor empire that he established almost 50 years ago. The 75-year-old founder and face of the fashion mega-house, will continue to “actively drive the company’s vision” and announced his private luxury club. Located inside the company’s historic Milan building, Casa Campanini, the Palazzo Ralph Lauren is the 12,000-square-foot space that provides a highly exclusive shopping experience, among other glitzy perks. The peculiar feature of the venue is that it’s open exclusively to members through private invite.
The Palazzo private club will allow its members to explore the world of Ralph Lauren, having access to exclusive items and enjoying uniquely curated experiences, including complimentary delicacies from the in-house chef on a lovely outdoor terrace. As part of that exclusive experience, Ralph Lauren’s luxury apparel and accessories for men and women, watches and fine jewelry, and collections for the home will be privately showcased and a selection of bespoke services will also be available.
The VIP members of the Palazzo Ralph Lauren can skim recent runway shows while enjoying appetizing dishes inspired by the designer’s restaurants and relax on Ralph Lauren-branded furniture.
The exclusive club will also “host private events several times a year to highlight new collections, craftsmanship demonstrations and ongoing private appointments.” Members of the club will receive priority reservations at Ralph Lauren restaurants, invitations to special events and other personalized amenities.
The Palazzo is not Ralph Lauren’s first move out of apparel and into the lifestyle area. In addition to Polo Bar, the company’s flagship Fifth Avenue store in NYC is home to Ralph’s Coffee, an upscale cafe serving up a bevy of gourmet caffeinated beverages.
