Limited to just 475 pieces, this timepiece draws inspiration from the original Chronograph I, which revolutionized the watch industry in 1972 as the world’s first all-black timepiece. Like the legendary Porsche 911, the Chronograph 1 embodies the perfect balance between design and engineering, a testament to the vision of Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche.
Featuring an antireflective matte-black dial, reminiscent of the 911’s cockpit dashboard, the Chronograph 1 exudes a timeless elegance. The double-sided, seven-fold antireflective and scratch-resistant sapphire-crystal glass ensures optimal readability regardless of lighting conditions. The tachymeter and day/date display bear the signature Porsche font, further accentuating the watch’s connection to the iconic sports car. On the rear, the winding rotor of the mechanical movement pays homage to the iconic 911 Fuchs alloy wheels, adorned with the colored Porsche Crest.

The Chronograph 1 – 75 Years of Porsche Edition boasts several improvements over its 1972 predecessor. The case, now crafted from lightweight, durable, and hypoallergenic titanium, enhances comfort and durability. The specially developed textile leather strap features light-blue decorative stitching and a central red stripe, mirroring the colors of the 75 Years of Porsche anniversary logo. Additionally, the chronograph is available with a black leather strap and matching black stitching, providing options for personalization. With the chronograph’s quick-change system, both straps can be easily interchanged.
Underpinning its precision, the COSC-certified mechanical Porsche Design WERK 01.140 caliber ensures maximum accuracy.
