Sales have launched at Post House, a ground-up luxury condominium in Boerum Hill. The newly-constructed, 11-story building is located at the intersection of Brooklyn’s dynamic communities, including neighboring Park Slope, Fort Greene, Gowanus, and Carroll Gardens.

Isaac & Stern Architects and Workshop/APD created a modern reinterpretation of the site’s original Post Office building. Geometric shapes are reminiscent of an envelope flap, while arches and curved ceilings create a clean and welcoming aesthetic. On Atlantic Avenue, the striking white brick facade is juxtaposed against black metal cladding and window finishes. On Pacific Street, a red brick facade features a gated arched entryway leading into a courtyard.
The residences feature lightly distressed white oak floors and coordinating millwork with soft, chamfered detailing. Each home also has divided light windows, warm textured brass accents, and clean white marble.
Residents of Post House will have access to a lounge with a custom greenhouse; a fitness center with changing rooms and sauna; a children’s playroom; a maker’s room for arts and crafts; a pet spa; and onsite parking. A landscaped roof deck fitted with an outdoor gym and lounging and dining areas complete the amenities package.
