Strategic Capital, the investment arm of China Construction America, hosted an exclusive ribbon-cutting ceremony for River Club at Hudson Park, its highly-anticipated luxury rental tower in Yonkers. The ceremony was attended by Ning Yuan, China Construction America Chairman and President and Strategic Capital Chairman and CEO; Huang Ping, Consul General of China in New York; and Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano.
Located at 63 Wells Avenue, River Club is situated along the Hudson River waterfront in Yonkers’ thriving Downtown neighborhood. The luxury rental tower, which is approximately 50-percent occupied after launching leasing at the end of 2018, is the fourth and final building in Strategic Capital’s 16-acre waterfront development Hudson Park. It spans over half mile of the Hudson River Promenade and is comprised of three other rental buildings in addition to River Club.
The 240- feet-tall River Club boasts spectacular vistas of the waterfront, New Jersey Palisades and New York City skyline. 213 residences have been designed by acclaimed architectural design firm JSA. Ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, each home features white oak floors and floor- to-ceiling windows overlooking breathtaking views of the Hudson River and New York City skyline.
River Club at Hudson Park offers residents an extensive selection of best-in-class amenities. A state-of-the- art fitness center as well as an elegant indoor swimming pool are perfect for fitness buffs. For socializing, there is the roof-level River Club Bar, which features expansive views of the Manhattan skyline and New Jersey Palisades. During the winter months, the ground floor River Club Lounge offers a great respite from the cold with a large fireplace with walnut mantle as well as soaring 18-foot ceilings.
River Club is also equipped with the latest in-home technology, including an automated package concierge locker system for deliveries, a Butterfly MX smartphone video intercom and real-time transportation information provided by Transit Screen. It is pet-friendly and offers smoke-free living, as well as a 24-hour concierge service to assist with residents’ needs and requests.
Currently under construction at 1 Alexander Street, the highly-anticipated café is being designed by the founder of Jersey City’s popular Grind Café. It will offer a built-in extension of the residential amenities spaces at River Club.
Move-ins at River Club at Hudson Park are well underway. Pricing begins at $1,720 for studios, $2,190 for one-bedrooms, and $2,870 for two-bedrooms.
