Rock House, the upcoming luxury residential resort tucked into Turks & Caicos’ pristine coastal cliffside from Grace Bay Resorts, has officially launched sales for its newest collection of homes, The Reserve Villas at Rock House. These 10 luxury homes, which will range from 2- to 4-bedrooms – the most spacious in the development – and from $2.125 million to $3.695 million, come as a response to the demand for larger vacation homes due to pandemic-driven lifestyle changes like remote work. The villas are launching at a good time too, as the first phase of homes at Rock House have officially sold out and the real estate market in Turks & Caicos is booming, with a 158.5% increase in annual sales in 2021 compared to 2020. Plus, 5 Reserve Villas are already reserved, with many Phase I buyers upgrading to the larger homes.
Situated on 14 acres of cliffs on the Atlantic Ocean, the Reserve Villas will sit at the highest elevation of the coastal property, 95 feet above sea level. The villas were envisioned by Coast Architects and AD100 interior designer Shawn Henderson and will incorporate the surrounding natural landscape, boasting lush outdoor shower gardens and stone feature walls that will wrap from the homes’ exteriors to interiors and will be handcrafted from the limestone cliffs that the residential resort is built upon.
Interiors will be characterized by an eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional design, including details like oversized soaking tubs, floor-to-ceiling windows and custom-made furnishings. All Reserve Villas will boast extensive outdoor space, including outdoor pools and courtyards. Select homes will also have dens that are ideal for residents who are living the “Work From Anywhere” life.
Rock House, the latest development from Grace Bay Resorts, will be a five-star residential resort nestled into the cliffs of Providenciales’ north shore in Turks & Caicos. Amenities will include the one-of-a-kind, serviced Beach Club at Rock House with oceanfront dining and a 130-foot jetty stretching into the Atlantic Ocean; the largest infinity pool in Turks and Caicos; and wellness facilities including a spa with immersive experiences, a yoga pavilion, walking trails and state-of-the-art fitness center; and the personalized service that Grace Bay Resorts is known to provide. The first phase of homes is slated to be completed in early 2022.
