40 Bleecker, NoHo’s newest and most anticipated 12-story luxury residential development in NYC, has just unveiled more of its stunning interiors by AD100’s designer-to-the-stars, Ryan Korban. Even featuring the lobby as the cover on Korban’s new book, Ryan Korban Interiors, 40 Bleecker’s newest renderings accompany an all-new batch of listings that were just released, making this the first inventory available to buyers for purchase since the sellout of the project’s first phase over the summer.
Known for his work with Kanye West, model Jessica Stam and more, as well as famous for designing the flagship stores around the globe for fashion icons like Alexander Wang and Balenciaga, 40 Bleecker is Korban’s first residential project.
Ryan hand-selected a richly layered palette of materials that can be seen throughout the residences and common spaces at 40 Bleecker. Each kitchen features waterfall-style islands in honed statuary marble along with book-matched marble hoods as the focal point of the spaces. You can even make wine from the floors. Present throughout the residences and sourced from recycled wine barrels crafted by the finest tradesmen and artisans in northern Italy, is Listone Giordano French Oak chevron flooring.
Developed by Broad Street Development with architecture by Rawlings Architects, 40 Bleecker features 61 condominiums ranging from 1-5BRs, with a collection of six larger penthouses that crown the top floors of the building. With un-Noho like amenities, there will be limited private parking available, a 58-foot indoor pool, gym and beautifully landscaped sculpture garden that has been designed by AD100’s Edmund Hollander Landscape Architects.
With views that are extremely rare for the neighborhood, prices begin from under $2 million. Douglas Elliman Marketing Group is the exclusive sales and marketing director for the project. You can view the listings here.
