Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has commenced sales of the luxury pre-war units at The Chatsworth, a 12-story building located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The first phase of sales has begun and includes 10 available units with architectural design and resident interiors by Pembroke & Ives.
