Six Garfield, a new ground-up, 12-story, 33-residence luxury condominium designed by the award-winning design practice DXA studio has commenced sales. Located in in Park Slope, Brooklyn, the building will feature a custom roman brick façade in warm gray and side-by-side gold-sheathed cantilevers.
Six Garfield will offer 33 one- through four-bedroom residences, including some with home office and/or outdoor space. Pricing will start from $715,000 for one-bedroom residences, $1,195,000 for two-bedroom residences, and $1,995,000 for three-bedroom residences. Four-bedroom residences have not yet been released.
Residences will feature European white oak flooring, oversized windows and will be equipped with touch-less technologies like Smart Locks by Avenue Home on entry doors. Kitchens will be outfitted with honed quartzite countertops and backsplashes, custom walnut and fluted glass cabinetry, and a suite of elegant Gaggenau appliances.
Master baths will be decorated with honed Giorgio Armani Black marble wall tile, marble heated floors, a walnut double vanity with honed Giorgio Armani Black marble countertop, and Waterworks fixtures. Secondary baths will have honed Sino white marble wall tile, matte Strada porcelain heated floors, and a white oak vanity with Corian countertop. Powder room highlights include a white Carrara marble mosaic feature wall and honed Pietra Cardosa sandstone heated flooring, emphasized by a custom mirror and pendant lighting.
Six Garfield will offer over 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities that are connected by a custom-crafted staircase.
Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with skylight; children’s playroom; sky-lit atrium library lounge; indoor/outdoor residents’ lounge with kitchenette; landscaped roof-deck with outdoor dining, grilling stations and lounging; stroller room; dedicated mail and secure package rooms; pet spa; high-capacity laundry room; bicycle storage; and private storage available for purchase. WiFi will be enabled in all areas.
The 24-hour attended lobby will be provided by part-time lobby attendant and virtual service; and super, porter, and handyman services will be offered.
The luxury condominium is currently under construction, with topping out by end of 2020, and expected occupancy in spring 2021. The Aguayo Team at Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing is handling exclusive marketing and sales.
