Selene
Designed by the Pritzker Prize-winning Foster + Partners, the Midtown Manhattan luxury tower has relaunched as Selene. This fully realized contemporary landmark offers pied-à-terre residences with sweeping views of New York City. frenchCALIFORNIA, the interior design and creative studio founded by Guillaume Coutheillas, designed stylish model residences. Inspired by the way natural light transforms the home throughout the day, the spaces are characterized by a muted, tonal color palette comprised of gray, taupe and other warm neutrals, combined with airy drapery to further emphasize the play of light and color within each home. Madison House
Madison House, a new condo tower in NoMad, is the tallest residential building in the neighborhood. Located in the heart of NoMad at 15 East 30th Street, it features architecture by Handel Architects and stunning interiors by Gachot Studios. Architecturally designed as a decagon, Madison House has a striking building layout where all 199 homes feature open floor plans, 11-foot ceilings or higher and corner exposure offering each home rare, uninterrupted views of the New York City skyline. The Cortland
The Cortland, an NYC-based development located across from the Hudson River Park in West Chelsea, includes 144 residences designed by two of the world’s leading architectural practices, Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Olson Kundig.
