This fully realized contemporary landmark offers pied-à-terre residences with sweeping views of New York City. frenchCALIFORNIA, the interior design and creative studio founded by Guillaume Coutheillas, designed stylish model residences. Madison House, a new condo tower in NoMad, is the tallest residential building in the neighborhood. Located in the heart of NoMad at 15 East 30th Street, it features architecture by Handel Architects and stunning interiors by Gachot Studios. The Cortland, an NYC-based development located across from the Hudson River Park in West Chelsea, includes 144 residences designed by two of the world’s leading architectural practices, Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Olson Kundig.
