MR CHOW is a series of upscale Chinese restaurants founded by British-Chinese restaurateur Michael Chow. Underlined by a desire to promote Chinese culture, the famed, celebrity-filled eatery is as synonymous with renowned theatrics as it is with fine dining. MR CHOW boasts six stunning shows each evening in all its locations (Miami Beach, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, and New York City) at no extra cost.

The most popular tableside dining presentation is called The Carving of The Beijing Duck. It is performed by renowned duck chef and skilled knife master, Chef Matt Chan. The entire restaurant quiets down with all eyes on Chef as he quickly and meticulously slices the duck, delivering the perfect combination of crispy skin and juicy meat with every piece.

The Noodle Show is a live performance by MR CHOW’s sous chef who hand-pulls hundreds of noodles from a small pile of dough in seconds. Noodle pulling has been the foundation of the restaurant’s theatrical dining experience which creates a personal connection between the guests, the chefs and the food – all noodles at MR CHOW are hand-pulled tableside which resonates with diners as they witness the noodle-making process from start to finish. The experiences of fine dining have been declining in the food industry, especially the Bejing-style of noodle pulling. The culinary craft is almost extinct making chefs who are experienced in it harder to come by.

Additional complimentary shows include The Presenting of the Champagne Trolley, Decanting of the Wine, Sole Filleting, and finally, the Dessert Trolley. Every restaurant boasts a signature Christofle Champagne Trolley featuring an extensive selection of top shelf bubbles a la carte, including Dom Perignon, Ruinart and Veuve Clicquot.
