Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou tapped the chefs from the award-winning Jin Sha restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake to offer its guests an opportunity to taste authentic Hangzhou cuisines from September 18 to 22, 2019 at Yu Yue Heen.
Guests can enjoy the “Jin Sha Feast” menu including classic Hangzhou specialties and Jin Sha signature dishes specially curated by the well-experienced culinary team. The mouth-watering creations include Hangzhou-style poached fish with sweet vinegar sauce; cod fish soup with mushroom; hazelnut goose liver pate and spring onion pancakes; braised pork belly with abalone; and longjing cream pudding.
