The Spectator Hotel – Charleston

This luxury boutique property The Spectator Hotel recently launched a contactless shopping experience with local luxury boutiques Hampden Clothing and Grady Ervin & Co. Pre-arrival, guests connect with an in-store stylist to discuss their ideal vacation wardrobe. The stylists will then work with the hotel’s butlers (assigned to each guest) to coordinate the shipment of clothes upon the guest’s arrival – where clothes will be perfectly pressed and presented in their closet.
Inns of Aurora – New York

A luxury lakeside boutique resort Inns of Aurora offers an abundance of in-room amenities, including a yoga kit, easel and paint sets, binoculars and birding guides, and telescopes and star gazing guides. Guests can also select a pair of Hunter Boots to be placed in-room upon arrival and borrowed throughout their stay for activities like hiking and fishing with the resort’s resident Outdoorsmen.
Aqua-Aston Hospitality – Hawaiian Islands

Top Honolulu-based hotel management company Aqua-Aston Hospitality recently introduced an intelligent text messaging platform at its 30+ managed hotels and resorts in Hawaii, Orlando and Costa Rica. The technology streamlines and scales real-time guest communication, allowing guests to receive first-rate contactless service where hotel checkout lines are reduced by up to 75 percent. Since its implementation, the mobile technology helps guests personalize and schedule services that matter to them most from housekeeping and requesting late check-out to updates on onsite activities and entertainment.
ESPACIO, The Jewel of Waikiki – Hawaii

A nine-floor, nine-suite boutique luxury hotel ESPACIO, The Jewel of Waikiki offers contactless personal styling in partnership with Neiman Marcus. A dedicated stylist will curate a vacation wardrobe tailored to guest’s style preferences that is available in-suite upon arrival.
The Bristol Hotel – Virginia

The first boutique hotel to pop up in the true birthplace of country music, The Bristol Hotel celebrates the city’s momentous role in music history through a contactless in-room music experience through exclusively branded Crosley turntables and vinyl library by Vinyl Me, Please featuring limited edition albums from artists like Willie Nelson and Dollie Parton.
Hoshino Resorts – Japan

Japanese hospitality brand Hoshino recently launched a smartphone program that allows guest to monitor the number of real-time guests in public hotel spaces, such as onsens. Downloaded via QR code upon arrival, the program is now available at Hoshino’s KAI properties, the group’s upscale brand of boutique hot spring ryokans, and will soon expand to Hoshino’s 30+ properties around the world.
InterContinental New York Barclay – New York

Luxury hotel InterContinental New York Barclay has launched virtual valet, Perle. Named after Perle Mesta, a famous Barclay resident who once resided in the building and was known as “Hostess with the Mostest,” entertaining in New York City. Perle, the virtual valet will complete requests for guests from delivering extra pillows and night caps to facilitating virtual check out with just the touch of a button.
LEGOLAND New York Hotel – Hudson Valley, New York

The first and only LEGO themed hotel in the Northeast, the LEGOLAND New York Hotel has made safe family fun a top priority. A leader in contactless programming, families can begin their bricktastic vacation by checking into the hotel virtually on their phones. Each room features an innovative Google Nest Hub that can do anything from placing a room service order to telling children an immersive bedtime story or sending them on an in-room scavenger hunt.
Hotel Revel – Fort Worth, TX
