Memories of their Scottish residence on the west coast and experiences at The Macallan Estate have inspired a collaboration that aims to transport consumers to the heart of Scotland’s natural wonders.
The limited annual release series, Amber Meadow and Green Meadow, represents The Macallan’s inherent curiosity and creative mindset. Crafted in collaboration with Stella and Mary, these distinctive expressions draw inspiration from the McCartney sisters’ love for the Scottish countryside, celebrating the lands that connect generations.
The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team employed a blend of sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks, mirroring the natural Scottish grasslands. Amber Meadow, a single malt with a rich, citrus-scented finish, reflects the warmth of meadows and mature barley fields. The nose is greeted with fresh citrus fruits and honeysuckle, leading to a palate of oak, lemon, melon, and a sweet, lingering finish.

TOGETHER is exclusively available as a complete set, launching globally on October 11, 2023. Priced at $210, The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow will be accessible from October 2023, with Green Meadow available in airports globally for $185.
