The One Palácio da Anunciada, new 5-star hotel in Lisbon celebrated its soft opening. Boasting one of the most exclusive addresses in the city, the hotel will start welcoming its first guests on 1st May. The property is housed within a majestic restored 16th century palace which is located in the well-known area of La Baixa, just a few metres from the Avenida da Liberdade and Praça dos Restauradores.
The hotel includes 83 rooms, 13 of which are Junior Suites and Suites. It also houses three different dining areas; the Restaurante Condes de Ericeira, the Boémio Cocktail Lounge and the O Jardim Wine Bar. Other features include; spectacular gardens, an outdoor swimming pool and a Wellness Spa. Stepping into the hotel’s hall, guests will feel as if they are in the real palace where marble and frescoes adorn the wall and a huge coffered ceiling.
The property’s highlight, the Deluxe Garden Suite spans over 30 square meters and boasts a privileged view over the hotel gardens. One of the most exclusive suites is the Tower Suite which is located in the tower of the palace and offers a spectacular panoramic view of the city. All rooms feature exclusive amenities of Natura Bissé Barcelona, as well as Egyptian cotton bedding from Casa Bassols 1790.
The One Palácio da Anunciada is home to the magnificent 2.500 square meters gardens. Guests can relax in different rest areas and admire a large fountain, as well as a Dragon Centenary – a hundred-year-old dragon tree recovered from the original garden. They will also enjoy an exclusive access to French-inspired garden. Located on a higher level, it features a spectacular 18m swimming pool, a hammock area, solarium, Balinese beds and a pool bar- which will be open during the spring-summer season.
The hotel offers a meeting room located in the Old Palace Kitchen, as well as another four rooms for private events. The Palace gardens is an ideal setting for outdoor celebrations.
