Stillwater Bar & Grill and The Terrace Lounge at The Lodge at Pebble Beach, Pebble Beach Resorts (Pebble Beach, California)
- 1 oz Villa Masa Limoncello
- 1.5 oz Cranberry Juice
- 2.5 oz Prosecco
- Superfine Sugar Rim
- Lemon Twist
Dip the champagne glass rim in superfine sugar. Then add limoncello, cranberry juice, and prosecco. Decorate with a lemon twist.
KANU at Whiteface Lodge (Lake Placid, New York)
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 2 oz dark chocolate or milk chocolate Godiva Liqueur
- 2 oz Baileys
- Chocolate rim dipped in Graham cracker crumbs
- Torched marshmallows
Add the Kahlua, Godiva Liqueur, and Baileys to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Dip the rim of the glass in chocolate syrup and then in the crushed graham cracker. Pour into a martini glass and top with torched marshmallows.

Elements and Jade Bar at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa (Scottsdale, Arizona)
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz lime
- ¾ oz cinnamon syrup
- 1.5 oz watermelon
- 1 strawberry
Muddle strawberry in a short shaker, add the rest of the ingredients, fill the rim with ice and shake hard. Strain into Tom Collins glass filled with crushed ice and decorate with strawberry and mint.
