Sales have launched for Twenty-Nine Indian Creek, a luxury collection of condo and townhome residences in Miami’s hottest neighborhood, the Faena District. Set to break ground this spring, with completion expected by Q1 2025, the boutique collection of only 11 private residences will be crafted to provide a bespoke lifestyle with remarkable views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay.

Renowned firm Urban Robot created architecture, interiors and landscaping for the boutique residential concept. The seven-story building will include eight three-bedroom residences and one full-floor penthouse with an expansive wraparound terrace. In addition, the site is home to a 1930s Art Deco building that has been obstructed from public view for nearly 60 years but will be restored by JMH Development.

Spanning from 1,750 to 4,800 square feet, each residence is designed to seamlessly connect to the outdoors. Luxe homes include elegant interiors with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, and spacious terraces. Chefs’ kitchens are outfitted with bone white lacquered custom cabinetry, and include fully integrated Miele appliances with wine storage, plus marble countertops and island. Spa-inspired bathrooms have freestanding soaking tubs, dual vanities, honed flooring and premium Hansgrohe fixtures. Townhomes feature 18-foot double-height great rooms and private terraces with landscaped gardens and summer kitchen.

The community offers its residents access to a palm-tree shaded pool deck that boasts daybed lounge chairs and tanning areas, a summer kitchen with barbeque and dining area, and an outdoor shower, as well as direct access to a dedicated beach club. The building also features lush landscaping with terraced walls and cascading greenery, water features, and a natural color palette, creating an instant sense of serenity.

Located at 2901 Indian Creek, Miami Beach, the building is close to world-class dining, hospitality and cultural establishments including the Faena Hotel and Faena Forum, The Miami Beach Edition, the upcoming Aman Miami Beach and Bvlgari Hotel.

The sales and marketing are managed exclusively by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Development Division, with Reid Heidenry and Marko Gojanovic leading sales. Prices range from $2.5 million to $10 million.
