Beckford House & Tower – two complementary residential buildings on New York’s Upper East Side designed by Studio Sofield and developed by Icon Realty Management – launch three, new marquee penthouses crowning the top of Beckford Tower, priced at a total of nearly $80 million. The development has also reached over $478 million in sales to date, exceeding 85 percent sold. With closings already underway at Beckford House & Tower, Beckford Tower is scheduled to complete construction this summer.
The newly introduced penthouses at Beckford Tower feature a private elevator entry that leads into an elegant entry foyer and gallery. The luxury homes boast 13’+ ceilings and large windows, setback private terraces with amazing views, and a separate Christopher Peacock-design eat-in kitchen with adjoining breakfast room. Spacious corner primary bedroom suites have private terraces, generous dressing rooms and a fully equipped wet bar. Primary bathrooms feature Statuary marble countertops and walls, and flooring with a Versilia accent border and Statuary marble mosaic field.
Listed for $29 million, Penthouse 29 is a 6,522-square-foot home with six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and 193 square feet of private outdoor space. Penthouse 30 is on the market for $30 million and offers 5,452 square feet of space and six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms and three private terraces totaling 893 square feet. The 4,141-square-foot Penthouse 31, priced at $20 million, crowns the top of the tower with four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and three private terraces totaling 634 square feet. All penthouses feature panoramic views from Central Park to the East River and Midtown Manhattan.
Beckford House & Tower have consistently dominated the Manhattan real estate market ever since launching in October 2019, surpassing the $478 million in total sales to date.
The amenities at Beckford Tower will be located on the first floor and two lower levels of the building. Over 17,000 square feet of private club-like spaces will include a reception room and library; a piano bar and lounge; a fully equipped game room; a children’s playroom designed by Roto; and a party room with a catering kitchen. Wellness amenities are highlighted by a double-height basketball half-court, fitness center, yoga and training studios and a 65-foot indoor swimming pool. The Art Deco-inspired pool area, complete with a hot tub, relaxation area, steam room and changing rooms, is designed by Studio Sofield.
Sales at Beckford House & Tower are managed exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, with current availability starting at $2.35 million. Beckford House, which began closings last winter, is almost completely sold out with only one listing remaining: Penthouse 18, a $9.5 million, full-floor residence that features four bedrooms and 3,371 square feet of space.
