Valentine’s Day calls for a pretty pink drink. Rosy and infused with real, romantic wild roses, Glendalough Rose Gin is the perfect way to step up this holiday.
Distiller Ciarán Rooney (Rowdy) creates each batch with fresh roses from his late mother’s garden, as a tribute to her and their special bond. Carefully-tended flowers from an Irish rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and botanicals from the Wicklow mountains to make this floral gin. After distilling, the gin is further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavors and give it its lovely pink hue.
- Nose: aromatic, with soft juniper notes, perfumed with fresh rose
- Taste: Gentle sweet spice, with distinct rose petal, bright berries, and citrus
- Finish: Long, floral, rose petals
Glendalough Rose Gin is perfect in a simple G&T or you can opt for more festive cocktails for the occasion.
