The realistic 3D Piaget Polo Skeleton allows them to discover all of the components of the watch.
Approximately 200 million Snapchatters use AR daily, and Snapchat’s augmented reality technology allows the Snapchat community to virtually try on a variety of different products, from makeup to shoes, to sunglasses and now – jewelry and watches.
Earlier this year, Piaget unveiled a skeleton version of the Piaget Polo. This timepiece combines Piaget’s ultra-thin expertise with the art of skeletonization. The case has been reduced to a mere 6.5mm thick, while the skeletonized movement and the hands have been pared down for maximum transparency. The Piaget Polo Skeleton is available in Piaget Blue PVD or with a slate grey finish.
Few weeks ago, the Maison unveiled four new skeleton models of the watch with 18 karat gold cases. The white gold version of the Piaget Polo Skeleton features a diamond-set bezel, while the high jewelery edition’ case and the flange are set with 148 brilliant-cut diamonds and 132 baguette-cuts. The white gold, skeletonised 1200D1 movement carries a remarkable 292 brilliant-cut diamonds and 11 brilliant-cut sapphires.
